Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery to the United States typically takes 7–14 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes — free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout. No hidden fees — what you see is what you pay.

Will I be charged customs or import fees?

No — US orders are not subject to import duties or customs fees. What you pay at checkout is your total cost, nothing added at delivery.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships you'll receive a tracking number by email. Allow 2–5 business days after your dispatch email for tracking to become active in the carrier's system — this is normal and doesn't mean your order is delayed.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to make the change before it processes. Once an order has entered fulfilment we can't modify it — but our return policy still applies once it arrives.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

30-day hassle-free returns. If you're not satisfied for any reason, email info@glowaxis.com within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll arrange a full refund or replacement.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

Email us at info@glowaxis.com within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund immediately — no need to return the item.

How long do refunds take?

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days of approval and typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card provider.

Products & Usage

Are your skincare devices safe for all skin types?

Most of our devices — including the LED mask, ice roller, gua sha set, and sonic brush — are safe for all skin types including sensitive skin. The derma roller is not recommended for active acne, rosacea, or broken skin. Always read the usage guide included with your product before first use.

How quickly will I see results from the LED mask?

Most users notice improved skin texture and tone within 3–4 weeks of consistent use (3–5 sessions per week). Collagen-building results develop more gradually over 6–8 weeks of regular use.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. All transactions are processed securely in USD. Your payment details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Can I use multiple skincare tools together?

Yes — many of our tools complement each other well. A popular combination is using the ice roller in the morning to depuff, the LED mask 3–4 evenings per week, and the gua sha set after applying serum. Avoid using the derma roller and LED mask on the same day — space those at least 48 hours apart.
