Shipping policy

Here's everything you need to know about how GlowAxis ships your order — no surprises, no hidden fees.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, followed by a shipping notification with tracking details once your order dispatches.

Estimated Delivery Times

These are estimated windows, not guaranteed dates. Occasional delays due to carrier conditions are outside our control but we'll always support you if something goes wrong.

Shipping Costs

Free standard shipping on all orders over $50. For orders below $50, a flat shipping fee applies and will be shown clearly at checkout before you confirm payment. No hidden charges — ever.

Import Duties & Customs Fees

US customers are not charged import duties or customs fees on GlowAxis orders. What you pay at checkout is your complete total — nothing additional will be charged at delivery.

Order Tracking

Your tracking number will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships. Please allow 2–5 business days after receiving your dispatch email for tracking information to become active — this is standard for international shipping and doesn't indicate a problem with your order.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, check your tracking link first. If tracking shows no movement for more than 5 consecutive business days, or your estimated window has passed without delivery — email us at info@glowaxis.com with your order number and we'll investigate and resolve it promptly.

Lost Parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will resend your order at no cost or issue a full refund — your choice. Email info@glowaxis.com and we'll handle it without any runaround. We stand behind every order that leaves our store.
